Surprise update! Did your heart skip a beat? Because mine did when I saw a Cincinnati number, pop up on my phone! They agreed to see Eylah for the proton radiation therapy, YAY!
We go next Tuesday and Wednesday to meet the team, do some scans, and talk about exactly when we can get started.
I can’t believe we are to this point already. Those first few days felt like a lifetime, but to look back now it feels like yesterday. Still hurts like it too!
So happy thoughts and prayers that Eylah takes this next part just as well.
